Job summary

Vylor Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to operate and maintain electrical systems at our Corteva site in Illinois. The role involves repairs, troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards while supporting production uptime.

The ideal candidate will have Journeyman electrical experience, NEC knowledge, and the ability to work independently or in a team, including overtime during peak demand periods.

Qualifications

• Journeyman electrician with electrical experience.
• Ability to interpret the NEC and electrical codes.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive a company vehicle.
• Proficient in basic computer tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Physical work including climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs., and outdoor work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control devices for process and facility.
• Perform electrical repairs, service, troubleshooting and inspections of equipment.
• Support electrical safety program and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Adhere to quality systems, safety procedures, and OSHA/PSM requirements.
• Make recommendations for improvements to electrical programs and equipment.
