Job summary

JLL is hiring a Maintenance Electrician for 2nd shift in Romulus, MI. You will ensure safe, efficient operation of electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventative maintenance across a dynamic industrial facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of trades schooling in electrical systems, refrigeration, and HVAC.
• Active Michigan State Electrical Journeyman License (or higher).
• Minimum 2 years of commercial/industrial electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical controls and motor controls across the facility.
• Run conduit and troubleshoot electrical systems to resolve malfunctions.
• Maintain refrigeration, HVAC, boilers, and related equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document system readings for compliance.
• Repair pumps, motors, pumps, and related components.
