Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of manufacturing electrical maintenance experience.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting and repair skills (required).
• Experience with diagnostic tools (VOM meters, megger, amp meters).
• Knowledge of AC/DC theory, motor controls, and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot automation equipment and production lines.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and controls.
• Diagnose issues with motors, starters, VFD drives, sensors, breakers, and switches.
• Install and test electrical circuits, PLC components, and automation systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Complete electrical installations (conduit, wiring, components).
• Inspect and maintain power distribution systems.
• Document repairs and maintenance activities accurately.
• Support continuous improvement and equipment upgrades.
• Follow all safety standards and electrical safe work practices.
