Summary: This position involves troubleshooting, repair, and technical support across all operational phases. It is a technical career role requiring proficiency in electrical controls, fluid power, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes. Effective teamwork and interaction with all management levels are essential.

Requirements:

1. Education and Experience: Post-high school training, such as an Associate Degree in Electronic Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience through skilled trades, military training, or similar.
2. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Windows software (Outlook, Excel, Word), document management, simple queries, and SAP Plant Maintenance.
3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
4. Certifications: Certifications in relevant technical areas are a plus.
5. Special Skills: Good safety and attendance record, interpersonal skills, electrical system troubleshooting, knowledge of electronic devices, PLC operation, and mechanical maintenance skills. Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Preferred Skills: Skills in microcomputer operation, electronic motor drives, servo systems, and related technologies.

Travel: 1-5 trips annually outside the assigned location.
