SUMMARY: This position involves troubleshooting, repair, and technical support across all phases of operations. It is a technical career position requiring proficiency in electrical controls, fluid power, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes. Effective teamwork and interaction with all management levels are essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education and Experience: Post-high school training, such as an Associate Degree in Electronic Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience including skilled trades, military training, or similar.
2. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Windows software (Outlook, Excel, Word), document organization, templates, and SAP Plant Maintenance.
3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Certifications: Certifications in technical fields are a plus.
5. Special Skills: Good safety and attendance records, interpersonal skills, knowledge of AC/DC circuits, industrial electrical systems, electrical safety, lockout/tagout procedures, electronic devices, PLC systems, control and data collection instrumentation, and mechanical maintenance skills.
6. Preferred Skills: Microcomputer skills, PLC system configuration, electronic motor drive technologies, and related training or experience.

Travel is expected to be 1-5 trips per year outside the assigned location.
