Electronics Technician – Troubleshoot, Repair, and Support

Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a hands-on Electronics Technician who’s equal parts technician and technical support expert. If you can read a schematic like a novel, solder like a pro, and love solving problems with real impact — this is your next role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic products and components
• Perform precision soldering, including removing and replacing small parts and ICs
• Read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and repair manuals
• Provide technical support over the phone, guiding customers through solutions
• Collaborate with the team to ensure quality repairs and high customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting electronic components
• Skilled in soldering and desoldering (including small parts and surface-mount ICs)
• Comfortable interpreting schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams
• Problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering great support

Nice to Have:

• Associate degree or higher in Electronics or related field
• Relevant military electronics experience
• Prior work in automotive electronics or a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with technical documentation or customer support tools
