ISC Constructors is seeking a Maintenance Electrical Planner to join our Shell maintenance team. The role requires a strong background in CPM scheduling, project controls, and cost/resource management within construction.

You will plan, monitor, and report on schedules, collaborating with project teams and vendors to deliver reliable baselines and progress updates. The position emphasizes independent work, thorough documentation, and the ability to communicate clearly across levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project controls and CPM scheduling in construction
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with cost and resource management

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule through the production schedules
• Identify, scope, and design engineering work packages
• Prepare detailed project drawings and baseline schedules with dates and milestones
• Perform progress schedule updates and reports
• Organize and maintain data in clear formats
• Participate in project meetings with stakeholders
