Job summary

CMC is seeking a maintenance professional to plan, schedule and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance across our facilities. You will work with maintenance staff, contractors and vendors to ensure equipment uptime and safe operations.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical or electrical background, strong problem-solving ability and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The role includes field work, documentation and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and/or electrical background required.
• Ability to estimate labor hours, materials and visualize the job to be performed.
• Excellent writing and computer skills including email and MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance with staff, contractors and vendors.
• Order parts for planned jobs and equipment.
• Ensure tools and equipment are available for tasks.
• Develop Job Kits (kitting).
• Coordinate outage activities and lead meetings in the field.
• Assist in developing preventative maintenance schedules and routines.
• Ensure documentation of maintenance and compliance with standards.
• Procure supplies and spare parts to maintain equipment.
