The Maintenance Dispatcher at Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority handles inbound calls, creates work orders, and coordinates repairs for MNAA's maintenance department. You will distribute hot work permits, manage red tag impairments, and support fire system operations and facility inspections, with shifts on B and C as outlined, including two evening shifts and a night shift.

• C Shift 9:30 pm-6:00 am

Hourly Range

$20.94 (Min.) - $28.50 (Mid.) - $36.05 (Max.)

• Final pay offer will be based on relevant skills and experience to the position.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Dispatcher is responsible for assisting internal and external business partners by answering calls, creating work orders, and coordinating repairs for the maintenance department. Other responsibilities include controls key distribution to contractors and staff, dispatches maintenance personnel during emergencies, helps prepare Everbridge communication messages, distributes work permits, red tag impairments, coordinates MNAA's fire system operations, facility inspections, and assists with other projects as assigned.
