Job summary

The Customer Service, Landside at Nashville International Airport is responsible for assisting in the transfer of airport guests and enforcing the airport commercial ground transportation policy. You will provide information about the airport, the Nashville community, and activities available to visitors.

Counsel ground transportation operators, monitor transportation access equipment, inspect vehicles, report discrepancies, and maintain safety and guest experience as part of MNAA's RISE

Responsibilities

• Counsel ground transportation operators on the rules of operation.
• Monitor and operate computerized transportation access equipment; perform input and occasional repairs.
• Patrol the area for safety issues and report discrepancies to the proper authority.
• Inspect commercial ground transportation vehicles for policy compliance.
• Control flow and parking of commercial vehicles at the ground transportation level.
• Enforce airport commercial ground transportation policies.
• Conduct daily inspections of facilities and curbside areas for safety hazards.
• Maintain daily event log documenting discrepancies.
• Take administrative action when supervisory personnel are absent.
• Identify environmental hazards and address per OSHA regulations.
• Maintain regular, on-time attendance and follow safety regulations.
