PCSI is seeking a Call Center Supervisor (Maintenance Dispatch) on Fort Bliss to oversee a 24/7 maintenance dispatch team. The role manages service orders, schedules, and performance for a site-based operation in El Paso, TX, with on-site hours and emergency coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in dispatch, maintenance work-control, facilities maintenance, or call center operations.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience in a high-volume, mission-focused environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily call-center and dispatch operations (calls, email, workflow).
• Supervise, coach, train, and assess employees and leads; enforce schedules and conduct.
• Coordinate team assignments and ensure shift coverage and turnovers.
• Adjust staffing during shortages, outages, emergencies, and surges.
• Ensure attention to Priority 1 and emergency requests with proper notifications.
