Job summary

Fire Creek Services Company, an All Native Group company, seeks a Maintenance Control / Service Desk Coordinator to serve as the front door of the maintenance operation. You will handle phone and web requests, triage, keep residents updated, and manage dispatch exceptions and parts/access delays with emergency and routine priorities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in dispatch or service desk roles using a CMMS or ticketing system, with calm communication for Soldiers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience handling dispatch, service desk or maintenance-control tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to enter requests accurately with complete location, symptoms and access details.
• Comfort working with residents and coordinating with maintenance teams on a DoD installation.

Responsibilities

• Take and enter phone/web requests, confirming location and access.
• Monitor routing, escalate misroutes and unacknowledged work to the duty lead.
• Provide residents with status updates and manage access windows with barracks.
• Track 'Awaiting Parts' and 'Awaiting Access' queues and resume scheduling when ready.
• Maintain on-call and coverage rosters; log after-hours calls.
• Produce daily open-ticket and aging reports for operations review.
• Log calls per standard procedures and follow emergency escalation guidelines.
