Job summary

Grande Aire Services, Inc. is seeking a Scheduling and Dispatch Specialist to manage daily preventive maintenance schedules for commercial and residential clients. You will handle outbound and inbound calls, document service requests, and ensure timely placement of work orders.

This role requires excellent communication, strong multitasking, and a professional demeanor. You will work with technicians, monitor routes, close invoices, and provide backup dispatch coverage in the late afternoon.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, scheduling, or dispatching.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willing to work evenings as needed.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedules for maintenance technicians with 6–7 appointments per technician.
• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound calls daily.
• Open new service work orders and document requests.
• Ensure maintenance work orders are scheduled within 30 days.
• Monitor routes and statuses to maintain efficient scheduling.
• Provide backup service dispatch from 4:00 p.m. to closing.
• Maintain maintenance email inbox and respond promptly.
