Job summary

Oasis-At-30th in Indianapolis seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee community safety programs and maintain a secure home and work environment. Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, schedules, and leads the maintenance team.
• Completes maintenance requests quickly and efficiently, including emergencies.
• Delivers safety education and conducts drills with residents and staff.
