Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• One to two years of supervisory experience in a commercial establishment with knowledge of laundry/housekeeping/maintenance procedures.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Environmental Services personnel and daily work in assigned areas, managing budgets and interdepartmental coordination.
• Executes preventive maintenance program and records to keep the center at high functional level.
• Maintains complete documentation of maintenance activities, replacement parts, and fuel supply.
