Qualifications

• Experienced in life safety inspections.
• Supervisory experience in a maintenance environment.
• Experience with laundry/housekeeping/maintenance procedures.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local codes and building regulations.

Responsabilités

• Supervises Environmental Services staff and manages budgets and staffing.
• Executes preventive maintenance programs and maintains records.
