Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in maintenance in apartments, senior living, hotels, or large complexes.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience including hiring, scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Valid state driver’s license required; on-call 24/7 availability.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure timely service requests.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs and supervise Maintenance Technicians and housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate competitive bids for maintenance expenses and monitor budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety, building, and OSHA/EPA regulations.
• Maintain safety, curb appeal, and resident relations through effective communication.
