Genesis is seeking a Maintenance Director to ensure safe, well‑maintained surroundings for patients and residents in our long‑term care centers. You will oversee maintenance operations, coordinate staff, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires supervisory experience, a basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVACR systems, and a commitment to high‑quality service in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVACR systems.

Responsibilities

• Repairs electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
• Oversees the maintenance department and staff onboarding.
• Maintains fire alarm and emergency generator systems.
• Handles records and budget planning.
• On-call for emergencies 24/7.
• Uses the TELS platform for Life Safety and daily tasks.
