Job summary

Genesis Administrative Services LLC seeks a Maintenance Director to ensure safe, well-maintained facilities for patients and residents. You will supervise the maintenance department, repair critical building systems, and coordinate regulatory tasks with the Nursing Home Administrator.

This role requires on-call availability 24/7 and expertise in electrical, plumbing, and HVACR systems, with a background in supervising staff in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic training/knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVACR systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of nursing centers' building and grounds to ensure safety and comfort of patients and residents.
• Report directly to the Nursing Home Administrator.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems; supervise maintenance department; train new staff.
• Maintain fire alarm and emergency generator systems; manage records and budget planning.
• Remain on-call for emergencies 24/7.
• Operate on the TELS platform for Life Safety, regulatory and daily tasks.
