Job summary

Genesis is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the nursing center's upkeep and provide a safe, comfortable environment for patients and residents. You will lead the maintenance team and coordinate daily operations to support quality care.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance activities, ensuring fire alarm and generator systems function properly, keeping records, budgeting, and being on-call for emergencies 24/7.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Basic training in electrical, plumbing, heating and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and provides for corrective and preventative maintenance of grounds and building.
• Supervises maintenance department and performs hands-on maintenance work.
