Job summary

Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking a Maintenance Director to ensure safe, well‑maintained surroundings in our nursing centers. You will oversee electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems, supervise the maintenance team, and coordinate compliance with life-safety requirements.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma, basic trades knowledge, supervisory experience, and a readiness to be on-call 24/7.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVACR.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Must be able to operate in a healthcare facility environment.

Responsibilities

• Repairs electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
• Supervises the maintenance department; including orientation for new staff.
• Maintains fire alarm and emergency generator systems.
• Performs budget planning and maintains required records/reports.
• Remains on-call for emergencies 24/7.
• Operates on the TELS platform for life safety tasks.
