Job summary

Dove Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Director for the Lodi campus to oversee all maintenance services, lead staff, and ensure safety and compliance across mechanical, electrical, and building systems.

You will manage preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs, conduct inspections, and drive continuous improvement in campus facilities. This role requires hands-on experience and strong leadership in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, plus a 1-year technical diploma or 5 years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Thorough knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and allied machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints; knowledge of codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance services for the campus.
• Conduct routine tests and inspections.
• Maintain fire, disaster, and emergency preparedness plans.
• Manage the preventative maintenance program.
• Oversee painting and repairs.
• Coordinate groundskeeping.

Schedule Details:

• full-time; 8:00AM - 4:00PM
• on-call rotation required

Do you have a good working knowledge of and the ability to perform professional level maintenance services, such as plumbing, electrical, appliances, heating and air-conditioning, and general construction? As the maintenance director, you will:

• oversee maintenance services for the campus
• conduct routine tests and inspections

Required Qualifications:
