Dove Healthcare in Eau Claire, WI seeks a Director of Nursing to lead all clinical services and drive high-quality care.

You will oversee regulatory compliance, nursing practices, staffing, and budget while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents' rights and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN licensure.
• Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility.
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations.
