Job summary

Dove Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Director in Osseo, WI to oversee campus maintenance, lead the maintenance team, and ensure preventive programs and safety standards are met. You will conduct routine tests, manage repairs, and coordinate groundskeeping while aligning with regulatory codes and emergency preparedness plans.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership and hands-on experience with boilers, generators, electrical/plumbing systems, and blueprint reading.

Qualifications

  • Applicants must be 18+ years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent with one-year technical diploma or 5 years related experience.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Thorough knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and allied machinery and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and know local, state, and federal codes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to plan and carry out repair or new construction programs; knowledge of record keeping and cost estimating.
