Atrium Centers is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Centreville, MI to lead daily maintenance operations, ensuring safety and reliability of facility systems for residents, families, and staff.

You'll oversee maintenance staff, manage budgeting and schedules, and support regulatory compliance while participating in emergency response and on-call coverage. Atrium Centers emphasizes ESOP ownership and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within a healthcare or long-term care setting.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and participate in on-call coverage.
• Good working knowledge of applicable state rules and regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
