Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents at our Michigan community.

As part of a 100% employee-owned team, you’ll clean rooms, maintain facility cleanliness, follow sanitation standards, and support residents’ well-being while interacting respectfully with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to relate positively and respectfully to residents and families.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior areas throughout the center.
• Follow cleaning, sanitation, and safety standards.

What You Bring

• Previous housekeeping experience in a long-term care facility or larger institution (preferred)

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
