• HVAC certified, Plumbing certified/licensed preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the Maintenance Department.
• Assume on-call responsibilities, including weekends and holidays.
• Organize and maintain records for maintenance department operations.
• Assist in developing and maintaining departmental policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for supervising and directing the Maintenance Department.
• Assume on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.
• Organize and maintain all records necessary to operate maintenance department.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of written departmental policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
