Job summary

Encore Senior Living is seeking a Part Time Maintenance Director for The Courtyard at Oshkosh in Oshkosh, WI. The role focuses on keeping the senior living community well-maintained, safe, and comfortable for residents and families.

The ideal candidate has experience maintaining electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems, with a willingness to train the right person and a preference for supervisory experience within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of repairing plumbing, electrical, painting, finishing and HVAC systems.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security) in a senior living community.
• Ensure safety, building code compliance, and preventive maintenance.
• Perform routine repairs and respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to keep the community in optimal condition.

Be the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps our senior community running in tip-top shape. Put yourknowledge of building maintenance and your familiarity with structural, electrical, plumbing, security, heating and cooling systems, and building safety to work serving older adults. You'll love our residents, and they'll be grateful for your expertise.

Work Experience Qualifications
