Sonida Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Director for Middleton Crossing in Middleton, WI. You will oversee grounds, building interiors, equipment maintenance and move-in readiness, while ensuring safety and state compliance.

Responsibilities include managing repairs, training staff, and maintaining fire safety records. This role offers comprehensive benefits and requires prior maintenance experience in similar settings.

Competenze

• Experience in maintenance preferred; familiarity with minor repair techniques across structural, electrical, plumbing, security and HVAC systems.

Mansioni

• Maintains grounds, including outside building repair, lawn maintenance and garbage removal.
• Maintains inside of building, offices, and common areas.
• Maintains and/or oversees repair of community equipment; ensures equipment functions properly and staff are trained.
• Prepares apartments for move-in and refurbishing of units after move-out.
• Maintains fire safety and emergency records, maintenance of systems and inspections required by state.

Maintenance Director Responsibilities include:

• Maintains grounds, including outside building repair, lawn maintenance and garbage removal.
• Maintains inside of building, offices, and common areas.
• Maintains and/or oversees repair of Community equipment; ensures that equipment is functioning properly, and staff are trained appropriately in its use.
• Prepares apartments for move-in and refurbishing of units after move-out.
• Maintains fire safety and emergency records, maintenance of systems and inspections required by state.

Qualifications:

• Experience in maintenance preferred; familiarity with techniques of minor repair and maintenance for structural, electrical, plumbing, security and heating and cooling systems required.
• Experience in building safety and hazard reduction preferred.
