We are currently seeking an organized and dedicated Maintenance Director with management experience.

Schedule:

Full Time

Salary:

$64,000 - $65,000/ annually - based on experience

Maintenance Director Responsibilities include:
  • Supervise, develop, and schedule all maintenance department staff to include housekeeping according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards
  • Assist in the development of the annual maintenance operating budget including capital expenditures
  • Operate the maintenance department within budget and according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards
  • Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate housekeeping and maintenance supplies (paper products, cleaning products, linens, etc.)
  • Communicate and negotiate professionally with external maintenance vendors and suppliers as needed and obtain company approval
Maintenance Director Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or general education (GED) required, associates degree preferred
  • Three to five years of property management or other building maintenance experience performing the duties of Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Director preferred
