Job summary

Oak Park Place in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee the property’s operations, maintenance, and improvement efforts. You will prepare rooms for new residents, supervise maintenance projects, and ensure compliance with safety codes while delivering exceptional resident and staff service.

The role requires two years of building maintenance experience and at least one year in a supervisory capacity, plus availability for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience working in building maintenance.
• At least one year of experience as a supervisor.
• Ability to be on call for evening and weekend emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of the property.
• Prepare rooms for new residents.
• Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects of property.
• Maintain community landscaping to make sure the outside is as presentable as the inside.
