Complete Care at Green Knoll is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance team and ensure safe, reliable operation of building systems. You will manage staff, schedules, and preventive maintenance to support residents and staff.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and ongoing facility improvements. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits and opportunities for advancement in a compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building systems and code requirements
• Experience supervising maintenance staff

• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Record-keeping and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and assign responsibilities and schedules
• Schedule and ensure completion of maintenance and repairs
• Conduct regular facility inspections for safety and upkeep
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with state/federal and OSHA regulations
• Oversee housekeeping scheduling and related tasks
• Demonstrate proficiency in building systems and code compliance

Maintenance Director Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of building systems and related code requirements
• Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules.
• Schedule and ensure completion of all maintenance and repairs.
• Regular inspections of the facility, for safety, upkeep, appearance, and equipment performance
• Maintain records
• Ensure work is in accordance with State/Federal and OSHA regulations
• Overseeing housekeeping scheduling departments
• Demonstrates a high proficiency and understanding of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and code compliance
• Experience with OSHA and life safety regulations
• Supervisory and management experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Organized and time management skills
