Job summary

Complete Care Management in Bridgewater Township, NJ seeks a Maintenance Director to lead our facilities team, oversee building systems, safety compliance, and daily maintenance operations to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and code compliance, plus the ability to multi-task and manage schedules. Full-time, weekends and on-call rotation; comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of building systems and related code requirements.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating schedules.
• Ability to schedule and complete maintenance/repairs safely and timely.
• Regular facility inspections for safety, upkeep, appearance, and equipment performance.
• Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Maintenance Director Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of building systems and related code requirements
• Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules.
• Schedule and ensure completion of all maintenance and repairs.
• Regular inspections of the facility, for safety, upkeep, appearance, and equipment performance
• Maintain records
• Ensure work is in accordance with State/Federal and OSHA regulations
• Overseeing housekeeping scheduling departments
• Demonstrates a high proficiency and understanding of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and code compliance
• Experience with OSHA and life safety regulations
