Job summary

Oak Park Place in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our care-focused team. You will support our maintenance staff by maintaining grounds, preparing rooms for new residents, and assisting with light maintenance tasks.

Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in facilities management or maintenance preferred
• Experience in customer service
• Friendly manners and desire to be around and help our residents
• Valid Driver’s License
