Job Title: Maintenance Director

Rose Garden Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a LTC facility in Toms River, seeks a full-time experienced Maintenance Director in keeping our facility safe and in compliance in all regulations.

Job Requirements include, but not limited to are:

• General working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry-related work.
• General working knowledge of maintenance, minor repairs, emergency alarms, and building systems.
• Complete work orders in a timely, precise, and professional manner.
• Able to work independently and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a calm, positive,e and professional demeanor in dealing with residents, staff family members, visitors, and vendors at all times.
• Respond to maintenance requests from our residents and staff.
• Help staff to set up activities and events.
• On call after hours and weekends.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Available for snow removal in winter.
• Must possess a general understanding of OSHA, fire prevention, and safety regulations.
• Experience with multiple hand and power tools preferred.
