We are seeking a dedicated Site Maintenance Lead for our car wash locations. This role is vital for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our express car wash facilities. The Site Maintenance Lead will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of equipment functionality and customer service. Successful candidates will have opportunities for career advancement within LUV’s Facilities Maintenance Department.

Job Summary:

The Site Maintenance Lead ensures the smooth operation and maintenance of our car wash locations. Reporting to the General Manager, the role involves working with the team to uphold equipment functionality and customer service standards. This position offers a clear career path within LUV’s Facilities Maintenance Department.

Reports To: General Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform weekly and monthly preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly.
• Perform repairs or coordinate with external technicians for complex issues.
• Attend Sonny's College Repair and Maintenance courses and apply learned skills.
• Manage inventory and report shortages or needs to the General Manager.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
• Recommend equipment upgrades or process improvements.
• Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned, including vehicle loading, tunnel and equipment cleaning.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to bend, push, pull, and carry objects.
