Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead our facility's upkeep and safety initiatives in New Jersey. You will supervise maintenance staff, schedule repairs, and ensure compliance with state, federal, and OSHA standards while supporting a welcoming environment for residents and staff.

This full-time, day-shift role includes occasional on-call duties, one weekend per month, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of building systems and related code requirements.
• Proficiency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems.
• Experience with OSHA and life safety regulations.
• Supervisory and management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• On-call availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff responsibilities and workflows.
• Schedule and ensure completion of all maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections for safety, upkeep, and equipment performance.
• Ensure work complies with state/federal and OSHA standards.

Maintenance Director Schedule & Benefits:
