Complete Care of Plainfield is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead facility maintenance operations, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

The role emphasizes supervising maintenance staff, planning schedules, and upholding safety and code compliance in a long-term care setting. This is a full-time day-shift position with potential weekend coverage and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with building systems and related code requirements.
• Familiarity with OSHA and life safety regulations.
• Demonstrated supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and assign tasks.
• Schedule maintenance and repairs; ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of the facility and equipment.
• Ensure work complies with State, Federal, and OSHA standards.

Maintenance Director Schedule & Benefits:

Maintenance Director Qualifications

Maintenance Director Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules
• Schedule and ensure completion of all maintenance and repairs
• Regular inspections of the facility, for safety, upkeep, appearance, and equipment performance
• Ensure work is in accordance with State/Federal and OSHA standards
