Epic Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead our facility's maintenance operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff. This is a full-time, on-site role in Mount Joy, PA, overseeing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.

You will supervise the maintenance team, coordinate with vendors, handle emergencies, and ensure compliance with safety codes.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or facilities management, healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma required; certifications preferred.
