Complete Care is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead maintenance operations for our long-term care facility in New Jersey. You will oversee the maintenance staff, schedule repairs, and ensure safety, code compliance, and reliable facility performance to support resident well-being.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and the ability to manage multiple tasks while on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Knowledge of building systems and code requirements is necessary.
• Experience with OSHA and life-safety regulations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff.
• Schedule and ensure completion of maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct regular safety and facility inspections for upkeep and compliance.

Maintenance Director Schedule & Benefits:

• Schedule: Full-time, day shift, one weekend a month

Maintenance Director Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Working knowledge of building systems and related code requirements
• Demonstrates a high proficiency and understanding of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and code compliance
• Experience with OSHA and life safety regulations
• Supervisory and management experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Organized and time management skills
• Must have ability to be on-call

Maintenance Director Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules
• Schedule and ensure completion of all maintenance and repairs
• Regular inspections of the facility, for safety, upkeep, appearance, and equipment performance
• Ensure work is in accordance with State/Federal and OSHA standards
