Job summary

Epic Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee our nursing home’s maintenance operations and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff. This leadership role requires strong knowledge of building systems and compliance, with the ability to manage a team and coordinate with vendors.

You’ll lead preventive maintenance programs, ensure regulatory adherence, and drive safety across facilities.
