The role includes keeping the community sanitary, attractive, and safe, and overseeing building systems and laundry services.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory maintenance experience in LTC settings and a passion for working with seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
• Prior maintenance experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
• Minimum of one year of prior maintenance supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Fire and passion for working with seniors.
• Flexible, fun and energetic personality.
