What You’ll Be Doing

• Leadership & Supervision: Oversee and mentor Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry staff; hire, train, and manage schedules.
• Maintenance Management: Ensure safety and efficiency of buildings, fixtures, and grounds; respond to requests and emergencies; manage unit turnovers.
• Safety & Compliance: Conduct safety inspections and staff training; ensure adherence to codes and standards.
• Budget & Vendor Management: Assist in budget development; coordinate with vendors for services.
• Resident & Community Engagement: Support resident move-ins/outs and transportation, maintaining high standards.
