Schedule:Full Time
Salary: $60,410 - $63,500 annually - based on experience

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicatedMaintenance Director.
Maintenance Director Responsibilities include:
Supervise, develop, and schedule all maintenance department staff to include housekeeping according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards
Assist in the development of the annual maintenance operating budget including capital expenditures
Operate the maintenance department within budget and according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards
Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate housekeeping and maintenance supplies (paper products, cleaning products, linens, etc.)
Communicate and negotiate professionally with external maintenance vendors and suppliers as needed and obtain company approval
Maintenance Director Education & Experience:
High school diploma or general education (GED) required
Three to five years of property management or other building maintenance experience performing the duties of Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Director preferred
