The Maintenance Director will perform activities related to maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds.

The ideal candidate will:

• Direct and participate in maintenance activities on utility systems to ensure continuous supply of heat, steam, electric power, gas, or air required for operations.
• Monitor building and equipment renovations, remodeling, or replacement projects by contractors.
• Supervise, maintain, and repair HVAC, refrigerators, boilers, washers, dryers, and other equipment.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and ensure all requirements are met timely and in compliance with regulations.
• Follow up daily on the TELS system for building management and maintenance tracking.
• Maintain weekly facility logs for safety and compliance.
• Prepare and monitor the department budget.
• HVAC Certification is preferred but not required.
• Require three years of experience in building maintenance; supervisory experience is a plus.
