TGG Accounting in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator & Technician to split time between coordinating maintenance schedules and providing hands-on field support. The role offers a clear path to grow into a specialized maintenance career and contributes critically to daily operations.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills, experience in industrial settings, solid organizational and communication abilities, and a willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and enjoyment of tools and equipment.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or maintenance environments.
• Excellent organizational and communications skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across the region.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Approximately 50% office coordination: schedule ~30 maintenance/service calls weekly, coordinate technicians, communicate with customers, prepare quotes and assist invoicing, ensure technicians have materials.
• Approximately 50% hands-on field support: train with technicians, travel to customer facilities, assist with troubleshooting and inspections, learn predictive maintenance techniques, develop into an independent field technician.

MaintenanceCoordination(50%)

• Scheduleapproximately30maintenanceandservicecallseachweekacrossmultiplefieldtechnicians
• Coordinatetechnicianscheduleswhilebalancingcustomerprioritiesandemergencyrequests
• Communicatewithcustomersregardingappointments,timelines,andserviceupdates
• Preparequotes,workorders,andassistwithinvoicing
• Ensuretechnicianshavetheinformationandresourcesneededforsuccessfulservicecalls

Hands-OnMechanicalSupport(50%)

• Trainalongsideexperiencedtechniciansperformingpredictivemaintenanceandequipmentinspections
• Traveltocustomerfacilitiesthroughouttheregion
