This position focuses on coordinating service activities for field technicians, communicating with customers, and building foundational predictive maintenance skills.

The role offers a first‑shift schedule with room to grow into vibration analysis and condition monitoring; occasional travel (<10%), and training to develop hands‑on predictive maintenance capabilities within an established organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, field service, or similar environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in industrial equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate daily service activities for a team of field technicians.
• Communicate with customers regarding service requests, timelines, and work status.
• Prepare quotes and service estimates.
• Process invoicing and maintain accurate service records.
• Help prioritize incoming work and manage scheduling conflicts.
• Support department operations to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
• Assist with predictive maintenance programs and customer projects.
• Learn vibration analysis and condition monitoring techniques.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with technicians and customers.
• Review equipment data and support efforts to identify potential equipment failures before they occur.
• Transition into hands-on predictive maintenance work as experience grows.
• Predictive maintenance experience is not required. Training will be provided.

Service Coordinator / Predictive Maintenance Specialist

Salary: Up to $75,000

What You'll Do:

Service Coordination (Primary Focus)

• Schedule and coordinate daily service activities for a team of field technicians
• Communicate with customers regarding service requests, timelines, and work status
• Prepare quotes and service estimates
• Process invoicing and maintain accurate service records
• Help prioritize incoming work and manage scheduling conflicts
• Support department operations to ensure customer needs are met efficiently

Predictive Maintenance Support

• Assist with predictive maintenance programs and customer projects
• Learn vibration analysis and condition monitoring techniques
• Coordinate maintenance activities with technicians and customers
• Review equipment data and support efforts to identify potential equipment failures before they occur
