TGG Accounting is seeking a Service Coordinator / Predictive Maintenance Specialist in Milwaukee, WI. This full-time, first-shift role offers a direct hire path with a salary up to $75,000.

You will coordinate daily service activities for field technicians, handle customer communications, and assist with predictive maintenance projects. Training will be provided to transition into predictive maintenance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, field service, or similar environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in industrial equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to learn new technical skills and grow professionally.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10% overnight travel).

Are you someone who enjoys coordinating people, solving problems, and working in an industrial environment? We're looking for a mechanically inclined professional to join a growing team in a unique role that combines service coordination with predictive maintenance support.

What You'll Do:

• Schedule and coordinate daily service activities for a team of field technicians
• Communicate with customers regarding service requests, timelines, and work status
• Prepare quotes and service estimates
• Process invoicing and maintain accurate service records
• Help prioritize incoming work and manage scheduling conflicts
• Support department operations to ensure customer needs are met efficiently

Predictive Maintenance Support

• Assist with predictive maintenance programs and customer projects
• Learn vibration analysis and condition monitoring techniques
• Coordinate maintenance activities with technicians and customers
• Review equipment data and support efforts to identify potential equipment failures before they occur
• Transition into hands‑on predictive maintenance work as experience grows
• Predictive maintenance experience is not required. Training will be provided.
