Job summary

Summit Mountain Rentals, a Breckenridge-based property management company, is seeking an organized Maintenance Coordinator to support the maintenance team by coordinating schedules, assigning and tracking work orders, and managing vendor needs. This role balances administrative duties with field work.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or admin experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in hospitality or administrative roles.
• Self-driven and able to work independently within established maintenance goals.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling and task delegation.
• Availability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assign work orders and follow up to ensure they are completed on schedule.
• Identify, hire, and coordinate vendors based on specific work order needs.
• Partner with the Department Manager to update, improve, and maintain the maintenance inventory catalog within the company's software and maintenance facility.
• Accurately post work order costs and expenses.
• Assist with employee scheduling and keep the maintenance team organized.
• Communicate with team members, vendors, and guests regarding maintenance needs and updates.
• Periodically work in the field and complete deliveries as needed.
