Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting and plumbing tasks at the Denver-area apartment community. You will install, repair and rekey deadbolt locks and ensure timely completion of service requests as part of a broader preventive maintenance program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
